At ProjectorScreen, we want to ensure you achieve the perfect cinematic experience; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your equipment within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in original packaging and like-new condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the projector or screen in its original manufacturer box, including all manuals, cables, and remote controls to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outer shipping label and send the package via a tracked carrier to our designated returns warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
